Rental Property Accounting and Tax Returns
If you own one or more rental properties, you will require the services of an accountant to prepare your rental property accounts and individual IR3 tax returns.
What is included:

- Preparation and filing of income tax returns for the rental properties
- Personal income tax returns for the rental property owners
- Annual meeting (if required)

These are an indication of our prices for residential rental properties:
One residential property (per annum): $650 plus GST
Individual IR3 tax return for the property owners (per annum): $150 plus GST each
WE can offer a discount for more than one rental property and more than one rental property owner IR3’s required. In your free initial consultation, we will discuss these further and tailor a package to suit your needs.
