Ola is a strategic, community-driven business professional with experience across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors.

He holds a Master of Business (Valedictorian) from the University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland, grounding his work in strong academic and practical thinking. Ola serves on several governance boards supporting youth, arts, and community organisations, with a focus on stewardship and responsibility to future generations.

Professionally, Ola has led change in a range of organisations, including roles as General Manager at Neuro Connection Foundation, General Manager and Head of Membership at the Equal Employment Opportunities Trust, and as a consultant to businesses across Aotearoa. Earlier in his career, he worked in workforce development across Auckland’s DHBs, leading Pacific-led workforce programmes and community change initiatives. Alongside his professional work, Ola is an active mentor, speaker, and community advocate, and is recognised for his contributions across the arts, health, and leadership development sectors.
