Typically within one to two weeks of signing on. We start with a financial deep-dive to understand your current position, set up your reporting infrastructure, and deliver your first management report. Most clients have a live KPI dashboard within 14 days of onboarding.
Xero is our preferred platform and the one we work best in, but we can work with MYOB and other systems too. If you're not on Xero yet, we can migrate you it's usually straightforward and we handle the whole process.
We ask for a minimum of three months so we have enough time to properly set up your systems and deliver meaningful results. After that, it's month-to-month. We're confident you'll see the value quickly most clients stay with us for years.
Our sweet spot is construction businesses turning over $500k to $20M annually. Below that, a good bookkeeper and annual accountant may be sufficient. Above $20M, you likely need a dedicated in-house CFO though we do support some larger groups as a complement to their internal team.
